Jose Ramón Gutiérrez Giménez
Jose Ramón Gutiérrez Giménez obtained his Law degree at the University of Malaga in 1998.
From 1998 to 2003 he practised law with one of the most prestigious judges in Malaga and from 2003 he worked for several Law Firms in Marbella, specializing in property law.
During the last 4 years his main focus has been litigation against Spanish developers due to illegal properties, construction delays, fraud etc.
Jose Ramón speaks fluent Spanish, English and some French.
The great majority of his clients are non residents in Spain, mostly English, Irish, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish.
