COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SERVICES The initial aim of our litigation service is to encourage parties to settle disputes out of Court.
Whenever possible we seek to resolve a dispute through mediation or arbitration. Ultimately, however, legal representation or defence before a judicial body may be required.
Our litigation department handles disputes at all levels of the Courts of Spain covering civil, criminal and administrative proceedings as well as intellectual property, construction, property related disputes, etc.
